These days digital cameras come with an inherent option to take Panoramas right from the camera itself. If it is not in the camera then there are several software that could be found on internet which can stitch a Panorama putting together several pictures. Better one could use a software called as Photosynth from Microsoft that will allow one to create 360 degree pictures. It can be found at: Photosynth
